1.Order Cancellation by Customers
Before Shipment: Customers can cancel their order within [5] hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped.
After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, customers may initiate a return after delivery (as per the Return & Refund Policy).
Custom or Personalized Orders: These orders cannot be canceled once processing has started.

1.Payment Issues: If payment is incomplete or flagged for fraud.
2.Stock Unavailability: If the product is out of stock after order placement.
3.Technical Errors: Pricing or listing mistakes due to system glitches.
4.Policy Violations: If a customer is found violating our terms (e.g., suspicious bulk orders).
In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be initiated within [1] business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, wallet, or card).
If payment was made via COD (Cash on Delivery), the refund process will follow the Return & Refund policy.
