RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Unlimited Bazar, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Our return and exchange policy varies based on the product category to ensure fairness and efficiency.

Product Category-Based Return Policy

A. Perishable Items (Fish, Chicken, Grocery - Fresh & Frozen Items)

Non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product, report it within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Eligible cases will be refunded or replaced.

B. Fashion (Clothing, Footwear, Accessories)

Returns and exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging.

Items like innerwear, socks, and personal hygiene products are non-returnable for health reasons.

Size exchanges are available if the requested size is in stock.

C. Electronics (Mobile, Gadgets, Home Appliances, etc.)

Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or incorrect items.

The product must be in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

Warranty-related issues will be handled by the respective brand’s service center.

D. Grocery (Non-Perishable Items – Packaged Food, Staples, Household Essentials, etc.)

Returns accepted within 1hour of delivery only if the item is expired, damaged, or incorrect.

Opened or used products cannot be returned.

2. How to Request a Return/Exchange?

Provide clear images or videos of the issue.

Our team will review and arrange for a replacement, refund, or store credit, based on the case.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 1-2 hour to the original payment method.

Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders will be refunded through bank transfer or upi.

4. Important Notes

Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to deny return requests if the claim is not valid or lacks evidence.

Exchange requests depend on stock availability.
